Return and exchange:

We at Sweaters & Knitwear strive to offer our customers only high quality products and guarantee them. However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days and we will refund the amount paid for it, provided that the product has not been treated (worn, washed, etc.). To do this, read our terms and conditions in the Return Form attached to your shipment, fill it in correctly and attach it to your returned shipment. - All shipments are sent with a View and Test option.

Delivery of parcels, cash on delivery up to BGN 130. is at the customer's expense, and upon receipt of the shipment, the customer must pay the value of the ordered products plus the delivery price, which varies according to the chosen courier company and the corresponding delivery method (to the courier's office or to the customer's address).

When ordering goods worth more than BGN 130, the delivery is at our expense, if the option is selected: To Speedy or Econt office!

- If it is necessary to return or exchange a shipment due to an error on our part, then we fully bear the costs of returning and possible exchange of the erroneously sent item.
*Please note that some of the measurement data in the table may have a +/- 1/2cm deviation.

- In the case of a mistake or incorrect judgment on the part of the customer, all costs of returning or replacing the shipment are at his expense.

Treatment:

You can wash in a home washing machine at a temperature of up to 30 degrees and low spin speed (program for wool and knitwear). We do not recommend the use of tumble dryers, as this may lead to a change in the size of the sweater. Do not use bleach, the sweater is knitted from pre-dyed yarn, which can lose its color.
