Your pack shipment

Orders are usually shipped within one business day of the receiving of the order if it is made by 4:30 pm and are delivered via Seedy or Econt Express courier services from office to office. If you prefer the delivery to an address, an additional price will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Before sending the ordered goods, the Merchant has the right to contact the Customer on the phone number specified by him, in order to clarify the details of the order and / or delivery.

The Merchant is not responsible for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the Customer has provided incorrect, incomplete and / or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

Delivery is made within 3 days from the date of a correctly placed order. In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period by promptly informing the Customer.

The trader processes the orders within the working day after receiving the order, if it is made by 4:30 pm. The delivery is usually made within the usual time in practice according to the chosen method of delivery.

The ordered goods are delivered against a signature by which the recipient of the shipment declares that there are no claims regarding the correspondence between the ordered and received item.

The Customer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and to notify immediately in case of discrepancies, shortages and damages. If the Customer does not do so, it is assumed that the delivery is accepted without objection.

Delivery fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. Processing fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment and the amount of the imposed payment. We recommend that you group your products in one order.

Delivery of shipments, cash on delivery up to BGN 120. is at the expense of the customer, and upon receipt of the shipment he must pay the value of the ordered products plus the delivery price, which varies according to the selected courier company and the respective delivery method (to the courier's office or to the customer's address).

When ordering goods worth over BGN 120, the delivery is at our expense!

At the moment the prices for delivery of a postal item weighing up to 1 kg. are:

- To Speedy's office - BGN 5,40.

- To an address with Speedy - BGN 6,20.

- To Econt's office - BGN 6.00.

- To an address with Econt - BGN 8.50.

The delivery prices described above may vary depending on the amount of the imposed payment and the weight of the shipment.

Return or exchange of shipment

- If it is necessary to return or replace a shipment due to an error on our part, then we fully bear the cost of return and possible replacement of the wrongly sent item.

- In the event of an error or misjudgment by the customer, all costs of returning or replacing the shipment are at his expense.

The Customer has the right to refuse the goods ordered by him/her if:

The goods obviously do not correspond to the one ordered for purchase by the Customer and this can be established by a simple inspection;

The goods or their packaging were damaged during transportation. In this case, the Customer must contact the courier at the time of receipt, and the courier is required to draw up a report of damage to the shipment

The price does not correspond to the due price.

The customer has the right, without paying compensation or penalty, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To do this, read our terms and conditions in the Return Form attached to your shipment, fill it in correctly and attach it to your returned shipment. If you do not find an attached Protocol in your shipment, you can download it from HERE.

If the customer refuses within the specified period, he should notify and return the product in its original packaging, with the original labels, without indications that the product has been used, without being damaged or treated in any way (laundry , ironing, etc.). The customer can return the goods at the expense of "Pro Design G" Ltd. provided that the shipment is sent from office to office with courier service "Speedy" (Office for return of shipments: PLOVDIV-SHAHBAZYAN), in all other cases delivery costs are at the expense of the client. In this case "Pro Design G" Ltd. refunds the consumer the price paid by him within 14 days from the date on which the customer has exercised his right to withdraw from the contract.

Complaints and product returns are allowed in one of the following cases:

Defects of the product (unless explicitly mentioned in its description that it has such);
The amount you ordered does not match the one described in its description;
Inconsistency between the indications on the site and the product you received, which does not apply to color shades.
In case you find any of these problems, you must contact us no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods. All costs for the return of the goods and / or delivery of a new one in case of a complaint are at the expense of

Reimbursement of the full amount paid for the purchase of the goods is possible only and only if the goods are returned in full and have not undergone any processing (laundry, ironing), no labels have been removed and has not been used.

The transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the customer, except in the case of a complaint.

It is impossible to refuse the product and return it in case it is a custom product, unless the return is related to a complaint.

The refund for a purchased product is made after accepting the shipment from, after we make sure of its integrity! The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment from and after specifying the way in which the refund will be made.

Color mismatch strives to show the colors of all products as accurately as possible, but because the colors that the customer sees on their monitor depend on many factors, cannot guarantee that the customer's monitor will show the true colors. Different shades of colors are not considered inaccurate delivery and are not grounds for its complaint or return.

Refusal of delivery has the right to refuse the delivery of ordered products in case the customer performs actions contrary to these general conditions.

The refusal is communicated to the client if the latter has left valid coordinates.
