Return and exchange:

We at Sweaters & Knitwear strive to offer our customers only high quality products and guarantee them. However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days and we will refund the amount paid for it, provided that the product has not been treated (worn, washed, etc.). To do this, read our terms and conditions in the Return Form attached to your shipment, fill it in correctly and attach it to your returned shipment. - All shipments are sent with the "Inspect and Test" option.

For orders with a Cash on Delivery value of up to €100 / 195.58 BGN, the customer bears the shipping costs; upon receipt, the customer must pay the cost of the ordered products plus the delivery fee, which varies depending on the chosen courier company and the delivery method (to a courier office or the customer's address).

For orders exceeding €100 / 195.58 BGN, we cover the shipping costs, provided the customer selects delivery to a Speedy office or delivery to an address via Speedy.

- If a return or exchange is required due to an error on our part, we fully cover the costs associated with the return and the potential replacement of the incorrectly sent item.
*Please note that deviations of +/- 5–10 mm may occur regarding some of the measurements listed in the table.

- In cases where the error or misjudgment lies with the customer, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging the shipment.

Treatment:

Can be washed in a washing machine at temperatures up to 40 degrees. We do not recommend the use of tumble dryers, as this will shorten the life of your shirt and you risk it shrinking. Do not use bleach, the fabric is woven from pre-dyed yarn, which can lose its color.
